After retiring from Director of School Counseling in Richland 2 and Lexington-Richland 5 School Districts, Teresa has launched her second career. She takes pride in advocating for her clients while providing excellent customer service as she fulfills her passion for Real Estate. Teresa is very knowledgeable about Northeast, Downtown, and Chapin areas. She brings a wealth of knowledge about school districts, individual schools within each district, and options available for school choice and magnet programs. Teresa and her husband, Andy, have three grown children and enjoy the challenge of raising two Shepadoodles!
